It appears that UW and Evergreen are going to ignore crimes that have occurred on their campuses by the demonstrators. However, the Cleary Act, a Federal law, requires colleges and universities to publicly report crimes that occur on their campuses. Demands should be made on UW and Evergreen to strictly comply with the Cleary Act.
