This is all part of the latest fashion. And that is just as ludicrous as it sounds. I dropped off my kid at a friend's house yesterday, and the mother was wearing a Palestinian prayer shawl. She said that she will not take it off until Palestine has been liberated. Let me reiterate, she was wearing it in her own house where it will have no visible impact, except, possibly, with her own children. Prayer shawls as protest/fashion material for someone who is NOT Palestinian.

It’s hard to “like” it. How crazy...

Thanks for the article. I didn't know about the relationship between the kalediscope of communism/socialism causes and the pro-palestinian movement. I hope it's just a trend. The only thing this country hates more than terrorists is communists.

Great article, thorough research, scary facts. Especially scary for someone like me and many others who came from a country where the words "imperialism," "zionism," capitalism" were swear words, and where, if someone were accused of any of those "isms," could lose their life or rot in Gulag. Sickening what this country came to. At least in Germany they have learned their lessons well. There is a law against antisemitism there, it's illegal. Here we are under the spell of the radical left and the language they are trying to change, or already have, into the language of gaslighting.

Thank you, Emily, for your steadfast stand and brave attempts to change the situation in the US, where, if an affair similar to the Dreifus affair were to happen now, who knows how many years it would have taken to amend that.

I just heard on the "Week in Review" on KUOW, that there will be some arrests coming for the organizers of that public menace on I5. Let's hope we are still the country of the rule of law.

Thank you Rina for your insights and support. I didn't even get into the history of how Arab states and American leftists became sponges for Soviet propaganda. Or that at least one of the protests someone was seen carrying a poster of a hammer and sickle.

Yes! That could take another article! Oh, there's so much to say about that...

A hammer and sickle?! These people need to pick up some history books.
